CDP 18/5!!!

I just received some Air Jordan Collezione 18/5 Countdown Packs and they are really sweet. Many have complained about the quality of these Jordans from the Countdown packs especially the 18s, but the onesI have are in great condition (check out the pictures). The Air Jordan 5s are very nicely made and are a must have for your Jordan fan. The icey soles and the 23 on the side will make these one of the most sought out Jordans from this Countdown pack series.
For those who are interested in these, I will be splitting them up and putting them on Ebay. Please contact me if you have any questions, comments or offers. Thanks and don't forget to

Through the years of playing basketball I've worn many types and styles of shoes. If I could narrow my choices to the top three, it would be between the Nike Air Force Max, Air Jordan XVI, and the Nike Zoom Kobe 1. What is your best basketball shoe you've played in? Join in the survey and see if your shoe ranks at the top. Let me know if I omitted some shoes so I can add it to the poll.

As promised I have a few Air Jordan 3 black/cements from the 3/20 Countdown Pack for sale. I know that a lot of people are tired of being forced to buy a $310+ Countdown Pack for just one pair that they really like and selling the other shoe. I am offering you the opportunity to buy just the Air Jordan 3. This pack will not be released until October but I was able to get these early. I will be getting more in so please contact me or check back soon.

When the Defining Moments Package came out a couple of years ago nobody thought that it would be the start of something new. With all these Countdown Packages coming out this year we can not over look the significance of this first package. I recently was able to pick a couple more DMP XIs and look to add more. I know it is not the same as the OGs or the 2000 retros but they won't fall apart or yellow like them either.

The Air Jordan V is one of the most popular Jordans ever even with the release of an unconventional colorway like the "Grapes". I find this particular colorway to be very refreshing from the black and red we are use to. This color is bold and simple. I wished they made more Jordans with this colorway. Imagine some IIIs or XIs in this grape ice colorway!

United We Rise!

Nike released a few new shoes to coincide with the Beijing Olympics. The “United We Rise” player editions includes the Nike Hyperdunks, Nike Zoom Soldier II, Jordan Olympian, and Converse Wade. Nike also released an Air force 1 low with the “United We Rise” theme. The detail and quality of the shoes are quite good. They also packaged the shoes with a special “United We Rise” box and suede shoe bag with the logos of the player printed on them.

I was able to get the Hyperdunks and Lebron Soldier II from Niketown LA. The whole process was smooth and there were less people then I expected. They had very few pairs of the Hyperdunks and only those that came the day before who got wristbands and signed in were able to buy them.

My Collection part 2

The Air Jordan IV is another one of my favorite Jordans of all time. I remember my OG black/red pair back in the day. I actually skateboarded in them. When they were retroed back in 1999 I only got the white/cement colorway. Only later did I get another black/red colorway. Just like the Air Jordan IIIs I have a sentimental attachment to this particular model because of my childhood.

Check back tomorrow for some sneakers to commemorate the start of the Olympics.

As a collector of sneakers for many years, my collection, as you can imagine, is quite large. However, I believe that quality is more important than quantity. I don't necessarily get every Air Jordan, but I get the ones I like. When I like a particular model, I will get multiple pairs as well as other colorways of that model. I will be showcasing my collection in the upcoming weeks, so be on the lookout.

Answer to previous post is the Air Jordan III Black/Cement

Can you name this shoe?

It’s my favorite Air Jordan in the black/cement grey colorway. I think that this particular Air Jordan is the one that took the shoe industry to the next level. Not only is it the most aesthetic looking Jordan, but the first with the jumpman logo and visible air bubble. I personally own 10 pairs of this Air Jordan.

My latest pick up is a classic that will be released as part of the ?/18Countdown Package series due out in October. Keep an eye out for size availability. I will be splitting the package up for those who just want one but not the other.

Check out my next post for the answer.
